Honey beer/wine, I guess you could call it either.  Both beer and wine are fermented as is mead.  In the US it's sold in wine bottles not beer bottles.

There is one episode where they go to a heated Walled Garden up in Manchester, might have been Birmingham though, and basically the wall of the garden was heated on three sides; it acted as one huge radiator. It’s a really good program, one that only the BBC could have done properly.
