I was just watching a show on the TV...which I usually try to avoid......the show was called Earth 2100. It was actually rather interesting and it was set up in such a way that it was more of a story line with this particular family and following the events that happened to them starting with the year 2009 through 2070 (or some where around that time). It was all about a pandemic that could break out, lack of resources and yup you guessed it global warming. The pandemic and lack of resources was of interest since the population certainly is increasing and a higher living standard is being demanded and pursued for by other countries. Those two scenarios had some rather interesting aspects to them...as long as one put the melodrama aside........the global warming just made my eyes roll. They are working very hard at keeping the subject alive and as detrimental as possible.
