There is no forum for questions that pertain to the board itself. Or I am just a bit to dense to find it.

I actually have two questions.

What is up with the "Karma"? What's is it for or what does it determine?
And what is up with "Position"? What does it mean and determine?


Ahhh take that back evidently I have 4 questions.

I have no idea what the Karma does or what it is for but the idea is you click on it rather than posting a `well said` or something like that.

I'm not sure where the Position is so I can't help there either.  



Edit: The only problem with the Karma button is that you then have to make a post telling the person that you clicked the button. Or is it just me who's seen that problem?  lol.

You just tell someone you’ve clicked it to make them know they made a good point/post, I don't know why it doesn't ask you to post and I'm not sure if you can find what posts have been clicked.


I had to scrape the ice off the kitchen a second ago, the inside of the window. It’s snowing now, which is good, but it’s fucking cold in here. The seal around the office window has gone as well so I’m fucking cold right now. I’m going to get my coat.

No snow here. It's actually a beautiful day. Chilly but tolerable and some what cloudy skies. Earlier when I left the house the sun was shinning bright.

Now a few days ago we had high winds that brought the chill to our door step and it was fracking cold.

I like the warmth!!! My house always feels too cold in the winter it doesn't hold the heat very well and since I prefer to not have a huge heating bill I search out alternatives myself....a coat is always a good idea. Even though it sucks!!!

Snows here and it’s set in for a time.

I have cracked and dislocated some of my fingers so many times they’re now hurting because of the cold, something that’s never happened before. Last year was the coldest winter we’ve had in 18 years but I don’t remember it getting this cold before. We have snow building up INSIDE the fucking house!


I like the cold but I'd like a house that had some sort of insulation to it. Foundations would do! Lol.

I know. lol. Dumb bastards should try living here, then they wont be so quick to say the Earth is getting hotter. lol.

Yeah, last year we had an unusually cold winter and spring.  I've lived here my whole life and last year was the first time I had ever seen it snow in May.  We got 3 or 4 different snows in the lowland.  That isn't normal here.  Actually, with the exception of this winter so far, since the early 90's it just seems to snow more and more every year.  We used to go through cycles without any snow at all.

I figure it's just part of the cycle.  We've been in a cold cycle.  Now we may be heading back to a warm cycle for the next 10-20 years.  We'll see how this winter goes.

I think I am going to get rid of the Karma thing. I just did it because it was a feature that I could use when making the site. What you guys think?
