Things go whizzing by us all the time. The first sign of worry comes when NASA takes a look and collectively shrugs its shoulders.

About a month ago, the celestial object pictured above streaked by us at the relatively safe distance of 290 million kilometres from Earth. This image was taken by the Hubble telescope.

Hubble takes pictures of all sorts of weird things, but seldom does NASA refer to them in a press release as “mysterious.” The second sign of worry: The object is larger than the parameters of its own dust trail – like, you know, a spaceship. Lastly, it appears to be shaped like an “X.” Or, more ominously, like a Klingon bird of prey. Why is that?

That's a bloody good picture and it doesn't look like and asteroid to me at all. Are there any more photos of this Raven?

That is a nice picture real nice. Need to look into this picture some more. I`ll see if I can find anymore info on it.

I haven't heard of this before and I'm looking forward to see what we can dig up on it. Is there any chance this was one of the Comets they track through the sky, it would mean we'll have more than one picture of it?

I seen an explaination on this. First, an amature astronomer spotted it and reported it to the big guys. So nasa turned the hubble to get an image. Presto, the shot that you have here., It is said to probibly be two astroids after a collision. Reason for the Star look is from the collision. They also went on to say that this is the same event that caused the big extinction. Sending an astroid on a deadly course with earth. So this is one to follow closely. And i bet they are. This was filmed in the astroid belt out younder,. lol.
