RAF Typhoon fighter jets have been scrambled twice this month amid fears of possible terror threats in UK airspace, the BBC has learned.
I would love to know how often this happens with out us being told about it. The other day (Saturday morning at about 11:20 am) I saw three areoplanes flying very, very, very high towards RAF Langtoft (which shut in the 60's but it was flying towards that area) from London. They were moving fast as well so they obviously needed to get somewhere quickly.
It's normal for us to get RAF Helicopters (we get two come across every other week) but it's unusual for us to get Areoplanes and it's made strainger still by the hight. speed and direction they were flying to. They were going to to Linconshire and there's nothing up there that I know of to be honest...it was just very strange, I've been trying to find out more about it and see if I can find anyone else who saw them.
