Sheye, are you taking care of yourself?  I read some of your posts at the BV and it sounds like something negative is happening in your life.  I hope you're not turning to alcohol to drink problems away.  Trust me, it doesn't work. 

Make sure you're getting good nutrition and sunlight.  Take vitamins and exercise, even if it is just by taking a walk around the block.  While you're doing that, "stop and smell the roses", literally.

Anyway, it isn't my business what is happening.  I just want you to know that I do care.  Always remember, "this too shall pass".

emotions wise..and...physically as well

for the last 10 years...I was under the impression..(backed up by medical professionals)..that I was peri-menapausal...and (sorry to say this )..

but it was ..crazy..and never knowing what to expect..actually thought I was close..to saying goodbye..to the creators"gift" to woman...(cheers at the thought)..sorry I love the gift for what its for..but considering I had my self "fixed"..it really not a gift that I feel I should kee (winks)..

anyhoo..due to a nice young lady in Vangellies washroom that I happened to be chatting up..one day..I come to find..that..I have possibly Polycystic Ovary Desease...also know as PCOD


NOW..this plays havoc with your testosterone...(hence me wanting to drink more  ..and maybe even being hornier ..who knows..lol....

it also effects your blood sugar levels..(so maybe you  crave more sugar??..)

I need to read up on it..but I  HAD TO INSIST to my doctor that I wanted to be tested for it..

A 30 year old woman had to diagnos me just through "girl chat: in a washroom...


then after 10 years...I finally get my doc to take it a step further...but hes cool..my new doc..

I like him...our system is super slow...and flawed..and they cover up their mistakes...which sucks...anyway you look at it.

I know I need bio identical estrogen hormones right now...

thats what I would prescribe my self for sure if I was my own doc



and..another thing DT..I have some old emotional baggage..even back from when I was  a kid...seeing others hurt...was the worst...


don't get m ewrong..I had a good childhood..to an extent...but sometimes lifes hurts..have long lasting repurcussions...and you can se the damage caused by others..decades later...


and it still hurts..

anyhoo...hope that answers some of your questions better..

Dr. Blaylock is a retired neurologist who is now lecturing about nutrition to combat disease.  One of the things he mentions in here, which I found fascinating, is that the majority of violent felons are hypoglycemic.  Blood sugar levels are very important and can be leveled out with a correct diet.  We hear a lot about diabetes, but rarely do we hear about it's opposite disease of hypoglycemia.  Many alcoholics are also hypoglycemic.

If your blood sugar levels are going up and down, cut out the sugar as much as you can.  Don't drink pop.  When I stopped drinking coke I lost 20 pounds after a year.  Read the labels of processed foods, even ketchup has high fructose corn syrup, which is even worse than old fashioned sugar.  Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day.  Basically eat like a diabetic should eat.  Eat lots of green leafy veggies and protein.  The protein fills you up and takes longer to turn to sugar.
