THE GREENBAUM SPEECH of D.C.HAMMOND’ We’ve got a lot to cover today and let me give you a rough approximate outline of the the things that I’d like us to get into. First, let me ask how many of you have had at least one course or workshop on hypnosis? Can I see the hands? Wonderful. That makes our job easier. Okay. I want to start off by talking a little about trance-training and the use of hypnotic phenomena with an MPD dissociative-disorder population, to talk some about unconscious exploration, methods of doing that, the use of imagery and symbolic imagery techniques for managing physical symptoms, input overload, things like that. Before the day’s out, I want to spend some time talking about something I think has been completely neglected in the field of dissociative disorder, and that’s talking about methods of profound calming for automatic hyper-arousal that’s been conditioned in these patients. We’re going to spend a considerable length of time talking about age-regression and abreaction in working through a trauma. I’ll show you with a non-MPD patient -- some of that kind of work -- and then extrapolate from what I find so similar and different with MPD cases. Part of that, I would add, by the way, is that I’ve been very sensitive through the years about taping MPD cases or ritual-abuse cases, part of it being that some of that feels a little like using patients and I think that this population has been used enough. That’s part of the reason, by choice, that I don’t generally videotape my work. I also want to talk a bunch about hypnotic relapse-prevention strategies and post- integration therapy today. Finally, I hope to find somewhere in our time-frame to spend on hour or so talking specifically about ritual abuse and about mind-control programming and brainwashing -- how it’s done, how to get on the inside with that -- which is a topic that in the past I haven’t been willing to speak about publicly, have done that in small groups and in consultations, but recently decided that it was high time that somebody started doing it. So we’re going to talk about specifics today. [Applause] In Chicago at the first international congress where ritual abuse was talked about I can remember thinking, "How strange and interesting." I can recall many people listening to an example given that somebody thought was so idiosyncratic and rare, and all the people coming up after saying, "Gee, you’re treating one, too? You’re in Seattle"...Well, I’m in Toronto...Well, I’m in Florida...Well, I’m in Cincinnati." I didn’t know what to think at that point. It wasn’t too long after that I found my first ritual-abuse patient in somebody I was already treating and we hadn’t gotten that deep yet. Things in that case made me very curious about the use of mind-control techniques and hypnosis and other brainwashing techniques. So I started studying brainwashing and some of the literature in that area and became acquainted with, in fact, one of the people who’d written one of the better books in that area. Then I decided to do a survey, and from the ISSMP&D [International Society for the Study of Multiple Personality and Dissociation] folks I picked out about a dozen and a half therapists that I though were seeing more of that than probably anyone else around and I started surveying them. The interview protocol, that I had. got the same reaction almost without exception. Those therapists said, "You’re asking questions I don’t know the answers to. You’re asking more specific questions than I’ve ever asked my patients." Many of those same therapists said, "Let me ask those questions and I’ll get back to you with the answer." Many of them not only got back with answers, but said, "You’ve got to talk to this patient or these two patients." I ended up doing hundred of dollars worth of telephone interviewing. What I came out of that was a grasp of a variety of brainwashing methods being used all over the country. I started to hear some similarities. Whereas I hadn’t known, to begin with, how widespread things were, I was now getting a feeling that there were a lot of people reporting some similar things and that there must be some degree of communication here. Then approximately two and a half years ago I had some material drop in my lap. My source was saying a lot of things that I knew were accurate about some of the brainwashing, but it was telling me new material I had no idea about. At this point I took and decided to check it out in three ritual-abuse patients I was seeing at the time. Two of the three had what they were describing, in careful inquiry without leading or contaminating. The fascinating thing was that as I did a telephone-consult with a therapist that I’d been consulting for quite a number of months on an MPD case in another state, I told her to inquire about certain things. She said, "Well, what are those things?" I said, "I’m not going to tell you, because I don’t want there to be any possibility of contamination. Just come back to me and tell me what the patient says." She called me back two hours later, said, "I just had a double session with this patient and there was a part of him that said, ’Oh, we’re so excited. If you know about this stuff, you know how the Cult Programmers get on the inside and our therapy is going to go so much faster.’" Many other patients since have had a reaction of wanting to pee their pants out of anxiety and fear rather than thinking it was wonderful thing. But the interesting thing was that she then asked, "What are these things?" They were word perfect -- same answers my source had given me. I’ve since repeated that in many parts of the country. I’ve consulted in eleven states and one foreign country, in some cases over the telephone, in some cases in person, in some cases giving the therapist information ahead of time and saying, "Be very careful how you phrase this. Phrase it in these ways so you don’t contaminate." In other cases not even giving the therapist information ahead of time so they couldn’t. When you start to find the same highly esoteric information in different states and different countries, from Florida to California, you start to get an idea that there’s something going on that is very large, very well coordinated, with a great deal of communication and sytematicness to what’s happening. So I have gone from someone kind of neutral and not knowing what to think about it all to someone who clearly believes ritual abuse is real and that the people who say it isn’t are either naive like people who didn’t want to believe the Holocaust or -- they’re dirty. [Applause] Now for a long time I would tell a select group of therapists that I knew and trusted, information and say, "Spread it out. Don’t spread my name. Don’t say where it came from. But here’s some information. Share it with other therapists if you find it’s on target, and I’d appreciate your feedback." People would question -- in talks -- and say, you know, they were hungry for information. Myself, as well as a few others that I’ve shared it with, were hedging out of concern and out of personal threats and out of death threats. I finally decided to hell with them. If they’re going to kill me, they’re going to kill me. It’s time to share more information with therapists. Part of that comes because we proceeded so cautiously and slowly, checking things in many different locations and find the same thing. So I’m going to give you the way in with ritual-abuse programming. I certainly can’t tell you everything that you want to know in forty-five or fifty minutes, but I’m going to give you the essentials to get inside and start working at a new level. I don’t know what proportion, honestly, of patients have this. I would guess that maybe somewhere around at least fifty percent, maybe as high as three-quarters, I would guess maybe two-thirds of your ritual-abuse patients may have this. What do I think the distinguishing characteristic is? If they were raised from birth in a mainstream cult or if they were an non-bloodline person, meaning neither parent was in the Cult, but Cult people had a lot of access to them in early childhood, they may also have it. I have seen more than one ritual-abuse patient who clearly had all the kind of ritual things you hear about. They seemed very genuine. They talked about all the typical things that you hear in this population, but had none of this programming with prolonged extensive checking. So I believe in one case I was personally treating that she was a kind of schizmatic break-off that had kind of gone off and done their own thing and were no longer hooked into a mainstream group. [Pause] Here’s where it appears to have come from. At the end of World War II, before it even ended, Allen Dulles and people from our Intelligence Community were already in Switzerland making contact to get out Nazi scientists. As World War II ends, they not only get out rocket scientists, but they also get out some Nazi doctors who have been doing mind-control research in the camps. They brought them to the United States. Along with them was a young boy, a teenager, who had been raised in a Hasidic Jewish tradition and a background of Cabalistic mysticism that probably appealed to people in the Cult because at least by the turn of the century Aleister Crowley had been introducing Cabalism into Satanic stuff, if not earlier. I suspect it may have formed some bond between them. But he saved his skin by collaborating and being an assistant to them in the death-camp experiments. They brought him with them. They started doing mind-control research for Military Intelligence in military hospitals in the United States. The people that came, the Nazi doctors, were Satanists. Subsequently, the boy changed his name, Americanized it some, obtained an M.D. degree, became a physician and continued this work that appears to be at the center of Cult Programming today. His name is known to patients throughout the country. [Pause] What they basically do is they will get a child and they will start this, in basic forms, it appears, by about two and a half after the child’s already been made dissociative. They’ll make him dissociative not only through abuse, like sexual abuse, but also things like putting a mousetrap on their fingers and teaching the parents, "You do not go in until the child stops crying. Only then do you go in and remove it."

One of the best kept secrets in history is the Monarch Mind-control programming which uses trauma-based mind control along with state of the art mind control to create humans who are totally controlled by a handler without even knowing that they are controlled. The most inhumane severe torture is used on children to create extensive MPD. Then the various alters (personalities) are found and Programmed using state of the art mind control.Harmonics and sound waves are used to manipulate the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious. Harmonic generators code named "ether-wave" are able to imbed detailed commands which are linked to audible trlggers. this is one of the standard features of the Monarch program. It allows the slaves (sex slaves beta model or assassin, torturer, psychopath like delta model) to be controlled by trigger words which make no sense or seem to carry no negative connotation to outside listeners.For instance the words, "Mr. Postman wait and see" might set off an access sequence so that a slave living away from its master goes to its master (also called a handler). Some slaves are turned into sleepers. They live normal lives but perhaps carry an assignment 40 years down the road at a prearranged date or a prearranged trigger. Some of the Illuminati hierarchy have been turned into sleepers so that they can be available when the Anti-Christ begins ruling to train the large influx of new people into the Illuminati and Satanism.Another basic component of the Monarch program is lots of electro shock. Stun guns, staffs with hidden electric cattle prods, and cattle prods are frequently used on the slaves. Electroshock is used to create MPD in the creation of the slave, and later it is used to remove memories after the slave has carried out a mission, or to instill fear and obedience in a reluctant slave. Slaves generally carry horrible body memories of excruciating electro-shock tortures to their entire bodies. As the slaves begin a therapeutic deprogramming process they will recover these horrible memories, not to mention many other painful memories.DANGERS INVOLED:Every Monarch slave has thousands of internal safety devices (programs etc.) to prevent anything from freeing the slave of her or his programming. Ewen Cameron, a psychiatrist who died in 1977, was one of the centers where such experiments were carried out.Now, the Canadian Government says the 80 or so patients who underwent the so-called "psychic driving" treatment in Montreal, intended to wipe the brain clear of all trauma, can receive almost $80,000 each.The decision, which was announced on Tuesday, represents an about-face for the Government of Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. Seven years ago, when the matter came up after a number of suits were filed by victims, Ottawa refused to pay compensation. U.S. Already Made Payments"I believe that this financial assistance responds in a way that expresses the fairness and compassion Canadians expect from their Government," Justice Minister Kim Campbell said in announcing the decision.One reason for the change was that the United States has already settled with some of the Canadian victims. Another, lawyers said, was that many of the suits filed early in the 1980's were still open and promised evidence that could embarrass a Government gearing up for elections.The patients at the Allan Memorial Institute at McGill were put into a drugged sleep for weeks or months, subjected to electroshock therapy until they were "de-patterned," knowing neither who or where they were, and forced to listen repeatedly to recorded messages broadcast from speakers on the wall or under their pillows.Linda Macdonald, 55 years old, an employment counselor now in Vancouver, is one of those who sued for compensation. "I walked through those doors with a husband on one arm and a guitar on the other and was a healthy person and coherent," she said.Diagnosed as an acute schizophrenic -- she had gone to Dr. Cameron for treatment -- she spent 86 days in the "sleep room" and was subjected to 109 shock treatments and megadoses of barbiturates and other drugs. Reduced to a Blank SlateWhen she got out of the experiment, she could not read or write, had to be toilet-trained and could not remember her husband, her five children or any part of the first 26 years of her life.Reached in Los Angeles, where she is discussing a film on her life, she said the compensation "is minimal and won't go very far, but that wasn't my purpose in my suit against the Government.""It was to make sure that Canadians understood that such a thing happened in their country and to get the Government to take responsibility so that it won't happen again," she said.David Orlikow, a retired member of Parliament, whose now-deceased wife, Velma, was another subject, said she emerged from the treatment "really a disabled person, not physically but emotionally.""There were days when she would do nothing and then be subject to unexplainable rages," Mr. Orlikow recalled. "She was a very intelligent person, but her ability to read was destroyed."Mr. Orlikow initiated litigation in the United States against the C.I.A., recruiting the civil liberties lawyer Joseph L. Rauh to take his wife's case.In October, 1988, the Justice Department announced an out-of-court settlement with Velma Orlikow and eight other victims, a total of $750,000. Ms. Macdonald was not among the nine. The C.I.A. had cut off financing of the program at the time of her treatment.John Hedley, a C.I.A. spokesman, commented: "It's a sad episode that happened more than 30 years ago, and the case is closed." Noting the 1988 settlement, he said the agency had "nothing to add concerning the decision in Canada." American Author's TestimonyJohn Marks, a former State Department official whose 1979 book, "The Search For the Manchurian Candidate," called attention to the experiments, said that a C.I.A. front called the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology, funneled more than $60,000 to Dr. Cameron for the studies. Alien Abductions and the Monarch ProjectSubmitted by One Smart RatThe Monarch Project is the name that has been used to describe a long-term ongoing Deep Black covert intel/military program involving children that is based on a process originating out of occult knowledge and from a perspective of that worldview. It has other names extending much farther back in history then most people realize. For purposes of this discussion we will refer to it as Monarch Conditioning.Enter The Yellow Brick Road.WARNING:The following text may be potentially triggering for some. Be careful and recognize if what you are reading is causing distress, then stop and decide if this is really what you want to be reading at this time.Monarch is a species of butterfly known for it beautiful wing colorations as well as for its genetic predisposition to always return to its place of origin. The term also denotes one of a royal lineage as in a transmission of inherited title either by genetic bloodline or initiated designation; as in monarchy. In this case, we will be discussing elements of both symbolic and literal representations of this both definitions found within the occult world and extending out into these other realms of human interaction.Within the occult-connected intel community, "Monarch" has been applied to mean a human who has been pre-conditioned to respond to certain specific stimulus on command via Monarch Conditioning, otherwise known as Trauma-based Programmed Multiple Personality Syndrome.Trauma-based conditioning is the end result of what amounts to subjecting a human being, in this case a child, to intolerable levels of both physical and psychological torture in order to produce a severe dissociative response to specific external cueing and stimulus. In other words, it is intended to create what has become known in pop culture as a Manchurian Candidate.The term, popularized by Richard Condon, in his 1959 novel The Search For The Manchurian Candidate and then further popularized by Frank Sinatra when he took that book and produced the 1962 film version. The name Manchurian Candidate refers the stories that came out of the Korean War about the infamous “Manchurian Zone” where Chinese intelligence units would kidnap American combatants and subject them to intense operant conditioning in an effort to implant powerful post-hypnotic commands that could be buried deep in the subconscious mind and then re-triggered into action at a future time. The idea apparently being the return of these soldiers to the U.S. as a “Chinese” fifth column of sorts, or as they are also referred to as “sleepers.”Very simply, a person who has been subject to this type of trauma conditioning to such a degree that they cannot consciously tolerate it dissociates and subconsciously recedes into an internal world that creates a co-self that takes over and acts in what ever manner he/she is asked to by the tormentors. Under intense psychological and physical duress most subjects may become maleable and eventually compliant in order to stop the torture and survive. Compliance is a means of survival when escape is impossible, but compliance alone will not ensure an individual will do the bidding of the torturers once they are outside of their presence and it may or may not include complete amnesia so as to protect the identity of those involved and conceal what has been done to the person. Severe dissociation makes this possible in the cases we are describing because that is what is sought after by design.The greater the trauma and shock, the more severe the dissociation is and the stronger the amnesiac barrier becomes. That these individuals have unknowingly created an “alter-self” that their conscious mind is amnesiac for is evidence of an extreme state of dissociation from their normal waking, thinking, and in particular, their emotions. In repeated trauma, this can become a series of a very distinct and complex system of alter-selves.The film was a landmark in its unique use of set designs and camera techniques used to present the perspective from the point of view of the person experiencing it; in other words, from the mind of the subject of mind control, or brainwashing as it was called back in the day. The film was critically lauded but it had a short half-life as it was released in 1962 and withdrawn from the public domain after John F. Kennedy was assassinated in November of 1963 because Sinatra was so concerned about the disturbing parallels between real life and what was depicted within the movie. The film was stored inside a vault for over a quarter of a century until it was finally re-released on dvd.The recent remake pales in comparison to this most original and unique classic.But to get back to the focus here and how it relates to both this book and the films, and to the alien abduction phenomenon, we must define it a little more in terms of how this kind of human behavior relates symbolically to the Monarch butterfly.Monarch butterflies are symbolic of both death and transformation from a cocoon into a marvelous winged and kingly specimen of nature’s design, and they are genetically hardwired to always return to their place of origin. In the occult world of which I speak, this species is symbolic of long-entrenched beliefs regarding both spiritual and earthly conditions to which human beings are not only subject to by virtue of their existence, but are destined to because of their genetic lineage to the origins of humanity itself. By these beliefs, one is defined according to who their parents are, and their parents and, well, all the way back through ancestral time. The return to their origins, according to these particular beliefs, is a return to rightful rule. They believe there exists a superior genetic predisposition to rule, and that because of this intrinsic circumstance of genetic inheritance, certain abilities and traits are inherent within the person’s very biology. As it is the perspective of the people who hold these beliefs that those who possess this biological lineage are superior both in intelligence and in occult metaphysical “powers” they are destined to rule over mankind. Thus the succession of genetically driven monarchies returned to their rightful place in the world of human affairs is one of the meanings attached to this secret program and to an agenda which is the primary motivation behind it within these certain elements of the occult world.How all this genetic nobility paradigm is reflected in the subject of trauma-based conditioning has to do with the profile of those subject to such conditioning. Who are chosen is determined, in part, based on much of this notion of genetic superiority and both real and perceived abilities and traits that these individuals have as dormant potential to develop and manifest. The other part of this equation involves the world of the non-physical; the eternal world of the soul and the spiritual beliefs of those behind The Monarch Conditioning.The spiritual beliefs of those in occult circles are quite varied. What I am referring to here is a very specific elite canon of knowledge and beliefs that is held by an interconnected network of metaphysical adepts from multiple disciplines who have as their core concept and their common interest the manipulation of the human animal using the knowledge of his Divine nature and it's spiritual power. The belief in the existence of an immortal entity who has a history and an intact knowledge base independent of it’s physical incarnation in human form. This would be described in common discussion as the soul. The belief in the soul may be a universal among any number of religions and philosophies, however, I am now talking about certain known and believed truths of the various aspects and intrinsic nature that is exclusive of the soul, and how these beliefs play a role in the selection of those children subjected to Monarch Conditioning.When a person is subjected to life threatening trauma, they will often report having an out of body experience. A feeling that suddenly in the midst of the crisis they find themselves somehow removed from the immediate threat by a sensation of being outside of themselves, as if they were seeing themselves from above or behind and observing the events from a more peaceful and serene…and safe perspective. And ofcourse,we know since they live to tell about it that there is a part of them that does indeed maintain executive control of their body and mind. In their recall of these types of events people will often report a dreamlike quality to their memories due to the extreme dissociated aspect of the experience. Dissociation of this type is literally life-saving in many cases because it allows a separation from the paralyzing emotions of fear and shock and renders the person functional in dysfunctional and extreme circumstances. This type of innate human ability would appear to be the third option when neither flight or fight is possible.Amazing stories of super human strength and special abilities and survival have also been related from people who have undergone tremendously stressful and catastrophic experiences and survived to tell their stories. A most common example of the most extreme cases is found within those people who have reported near death experiences, also called NDE’S. These are extraordinary stories that describe the same experience of a separate sense of self floating above or hovering near the physical self that is undergoing severe trauma, and in some cases, a life-threatening injury to the body. This ability to transcend the physical boundaries of the confines of physical limitations under bodily crisis and have a cognizant and tangible perception and memory of events during this time of apparent transcendence is evidence for many of the preexistence of an independent identity that is made of pure energy. A self separate from form; sovereign from flesh and bone. The idea of a spiritual self who has a continuous history of intact knowledge and memory of its very own is key to many occult beliefs and ritual practices. From a metaphysical view, one could almost say inarguably that the soul holds the eternal truths that evade the incarnate ego-driven self, and many people spend a lifetime seeking to learn these “forgotten” truths. Particularly valuable are ‘old souls’ to those in the occult circles who understand this aspect of the spiritual realm and the indwelling Divine nature of humanity.And what does this aspect of the soul have in common to the Monarch butterfly? Well, a butterfly rises up out of its cocoon and floats or flies through the air, fluttering its wings and ultimately it spends its lifetime on an eternal quest for home. The person enduring a life-threatening trauma, as well, has the experience of a self that floats up out of its physical cocoon and flutters above the physical cocoon from which it has so secretly lived. In a symbolic yet very tangible way, many people who survive NDE’s experience a “return” of their own; experiencing revelatory epiphanies about who they really are; a spiritual identity they had not known about that was revealed through their own self-discovery. They describe feeling a connectedness to something beyond their earthly lives and often talk about a soul-self that has a home well beyond this mortal plane to which they believe they will return again when their physical bodies perish. This again draws us to ponder the metaphorical parallel in the biologically driven nature of the Monarch butterfly.And so too are the experiences of children who have been subjected to repeated extreme physical, psychological and emotional stress and trauma that is so much apart of the abduction experience. Often they will spontaneously have out of body experiences triggered by the innate need to preserve their psyche and sanity intact. They will also, with repeated exposure to this kind of stress, split internally within the mind. Spiritually, metaphysically, they will transcend their physical bodies to escape from the source of their torment and then return only to “pretend” that what is happening to them is really happening to some one else. And when they do this they will have no conscious knowledge of what has happened to them, and will be amnesiac to these other self-states that carry the memory and knowledge of what occurs during these events behind the trauma-bound barrier of muted pain and suppressed emotions. This pretending is so profound that their very young neuro-physiology literally believes and responds to the internal construct of another "self' separate from them that their mind has created as a refuge from the external pain and psychological horror. Amnesia being the protection that allows the conscious mind a way of completely evading the awareness of the irreconcilable shock and horror from the everyday mind and maintaining the emotional equalibrium of the child who grows into adulthood carrying this secret life intact.This is especially true when they have had knowledgeable and adept help in constructing this illusion of many selves buried within their own minds and bodies.Abductees, abducted from early childhood onwards, have been pre-conditioned to respond to their abductors’ presence by immediately regressing into a childlike passive state that they have no autonomous control over and to which they often find themselves in tremendous internal conflict because of their perceived powerlessness. A carefully studied scrutiny of the phenomenology of what occurs during an actual abduction is ultimately revealed, not by focusing on the descriptions of the behavior of the alien abductors or on the stories that these beings tell their captive children, but by looking at the behavioral pathology of the abductees from what they themselves report that they do behaviorally during these encounters. There are consistent patterns that have been shown to be universals in these events despite the split between those who believe that these are positive life-enhancing experiences and those who hold the extreme opposite perspective. Exploring these patterns and the common denominators from the known aspects of human behavior and psychology can be helpful in opening up a whole new panorama of exploration into the alien abduction mystery. This involves being willing to look at the secrets hidden within secrets, and that can be dangerous; in some cases life-threatening.
