I can feel the pride ebb away from me. I can be incredibly (Read: stupidly) stubborn at times and this is something I should have done a few months ago.  I don't like backing down when I think I'm right (and I still say I am right) so this is a unusual moment in time.

For the last week (which is why I haven't been on in a week) I've been looking deeply into this and I think it's the right move (even though I still don't see WHY I need an official education). I'm hoping to get 3 GCSE's (last exam in secondary school) and two maybe three A-levels (the one's I need to get into University) in 18 months...I say "hoping" quite rightly because I don't think I'll be able to do it that soon. Once I've got them (hopefully) I'll try and get into some Universities (hopefully they're blind and they let me in lol).

GCSE - Maths - English - Business Studies or Geography
A-Levels - Physical Education - Sociology or Business Studies

There is only one minor problem in my plan...I'm a dunce. The only two of them I know I can pass are PE and Business Studies for fuck sake. I hate English and Maths...I'll be honest Sociology isn't something that interests me at all but it plugs a gap for me if I need it. lol. I might swap that for Accounting or Economics if I can though. They are what I think I'll need to study but I'm not 100% sure, I'll update you next week sometime.


I'm not looking forward to this at all. I hate school work and I don't see why the fuck I need it. I'm getting all this crap so I can get a job with Cricket Canada somewhere and, as far as I'm concerned, I know cricket very well but there are no qualifications I can get to prove that sadly. I can explain why the Greek Economy is shot to pieces, I can turn Cricket Canada around and get it on the right track within a few years but for some reason I need to get bit of paper that is completely unrelated to what I want to do in order to show others I know what I'm doing...it's a joke and it annoys me greatly. 

I'm hoping to get into a university in Canada (I'll accept a sporting University here though) so wish me luck on that...god I hope they're stupid enough to take me on. lol.

It's not just that I hate school work it's just I don't understand why I need paper telling anyone I know what I'm doing. I will look around at other countries to see what qualifications I need for them and I'll go from there. I might not need to go to University if I can find another way in.

You don't seem like a "dunce" to me.  I've talked with you a while now, and you seem quite intelligent to me.  School is bull shit, we all know it.  It is indoctrination into "how to be a good slave drone".  However, you know this.  By knowing this, you can use it against the system.

I've decided that this is absolutely the right thing to do. I just need to pass my GCSE's and A-levels and hope a Canadian University will let me in...I might pop over to Canada later in the year and talk to the Cricket Association though just to see if they can give me a job somewhere and cut all this BS out. I hate doing things I think (and know) I don't need to do...I end up getting frustrated and angry at it. To my mind this is a waste of time but I know I wont get anywhere without any "qualifications".

I was looking back over my "school work" today as I was about to start it and I found out how crap I am at organizing things. I have two books for English and for some unknown reason all the answers I gave are out of order. It starts on page 71, the next page is page 53 and it goes on like this. The worse part is because I have two books I have no idea what book its from...its going to take me a long time to work it out and get it into order before I can actually start "learning" this crap. 


By the way...I have no idea why it's so unordered, its very unlike me to be so disorganised like that.
