I'd post the article, but it appears they're trying to prevent people from reposting the whole article.  I guess they can't attract enough people to their site on their own.    There are ways around that, but I'll let them be the jerks they want to be.

To sum it up, industrial farming is getting MRSA in pork, beef and chicken because of all the antibiotics they use.  Now these bacteria in the sick animals is becoming resistant to their antibiotics.

If you buy grass fed/organic meat, you don't have to worry about this.  Healthy animals don't need antibiotics.  Animals who get their proper natural food stay healthy.  This is just another problem with industrial farming.  Humans who eat sick animals get sick too.  That is the way the food chain works.
