Cancer Cells May Be Able to Urge Their Own Death
« Reply #10 on: February 16, 2011, 05:31:45 PM »

Years ago I read about why coffee was used as an enema.  I forget the reason now, but at the time it made sense.  I think it had something to do with the caffeine and how it tightens muscles.  I don't want to get too into it here, but do your own research.  I think there is a method to that madness.

The things I saw in common between those diets were raw organic foods, mostly vegetables, little fruit and good fats.  We need good fats so our bodies can process vitamins like D3, K, and so on.  Price talks a lot about fermentation.  You mentioned you make yoghurt, good.  I love yoghurt, sauerkraut, buttermilk, kim chi, pickled herring, etc.  We have to have that fermented food.  Price also talked of raw milk (which is the only milk I drink).  You should try raw yoghurt, I used to make it, it's creamier.  He talks of raw meat as well, but only from grass fed cattle.  I'm more in his camp personally, but there is no reason not to add in juicing and lot's of raw veggies to snack on.

I did manage to get a decent recipe for deep fried cicadas from the Weston A. Price site.

Let me know when you want a recipe for slugs.  ;D

I think it all comes down to eating your vegies and don't do sugar.  If you can eat it raw, do it.  If not, don't over cook it.

There is also the theory from the raw food people about sprouting the grains and legumes before using them.  It is supposed to change them somehow.  Just another diet for you to research.  ;)
