We Need To Talk...
« on: January 01, 2011, 07:38:28 PM »

Dontcha hate it when some girl says that? :P

Anyway, happy New Year ALL!  And once again I started my New Year off by talking about the Constitution.

I went to my local pub, and in front of me were two gals who looked to be still partying from last night, my kind of people. :D  One gal mentioned her new driver's license so she could get into Canada.  Her friend was against that one...hum...this looks like a mission for Day_Tripper. :D  I mentioned how there was RFID in that new license and some hac, ker could steal her identity to commit a crime.  Her friend then actually responded.  Come to find out, her friend was a veteran, knew 9/11/01 was an inside job, etc. etc. etc.  I also handed her a copy of the Constitution/Declaration of Independence, etc.

Meanwhile, an older Gentleman sitting at the bar was talking to me about the Constitution as well.  He said his daughter didn't understand...ugh, but I told him, "I believe in Americans, I believe in the Constitution, I live eat and breathe this".  Believe me, the whole bar heard ME, DT, talk about the Constitution and how this "government" is in violation of the Constitution and committing crimes!

So, I think that is where it starts, for EVERY COUNTRY.  We start by talking.  I am American, I was born here so I am American-centric.  However, I believe that the Bill of Rights comes from God.  So, that means it applies to ALL HUMANS.  So, I'll start here, in my neighborhood.  You guys start where ever you're at, and we'll all meet in the middle. :D

BTW, the spicy bloody mary I had was really good.  So were the biscuits and gravy...

DT, you need to run for Pres. But even if you did win, there is nothing that you could do. It all got out of control in the 20th centry. Bush caused a lot of this. And now, Boner now takes over as House Speaker. And i live in his district.

I've actually been told I should run for a political office.  But, I hate Robert's Rule's of Order.  I hate straight democracy, I've been involve with a condo association and went once to my boyfriend's road association meeting.  His road association was "incorporated" by a lawyer that is a new comer, but somehow they lost those meeting minutes...they were on some hardrive and that computer crashed...BS!

Besides, I have skeletons in my closet, like most others, I did inhale and I did participate in a Pagan coven.  I wouldn't want the scrutiny into my life that a public life requires.  The only reason Ron Paul is still there is because he is squeaky clean and not corruptible.

However, I would suggest that there were a few changes in this country that has brought it to where it is today.  The first was when it was determined that corporations would be treated in the courts as "individuals".  That then gives them the bill of rights.  That is a big issue.  The next blow was the federal reserve/irs.  They're one in the same.  Then, we have all these tax "write-offs", like 401ks, "cash for clunkers", the "non-profits" (which do a hell of a lot of profitting), etc.

So, maybe we can start by talking to others in real life.  I've found some ways to doing this.  Look for signs of what people may be interested in.  For example, when at a farmer's market, strike a conversation about Monsanto/GMO/soy/corn/Agent Orange, etc.  If you go to a smoothie shop, ask about the soy and if it's organic.  The people behind the counter believe these things to be "healthy".  Tell them that if it isn't organic, it's probably genetically modified.  Hell, I told a nurse the other day to read the insert of the flu vaccine.  She said she "had to" take the vaccine.  I told her of a WA state ruling where the nurses sued the hospital and won.  So, her employers are LYING to them.  When at a bar, talk about prohibition of alcohol and compare/contrast that with the prohibition of pot.  You may even be able to get into the Constitution with personal liberties from there.

So, what I'd like to see for the New Year is: EVERYONE TALK!  Exchange information with everyone you encounter.  You can even do it in fast food restaurants.  As the mother behind the counter about how much soy and other things are in the meat.  Maybe even talk about the peak oil myth in a car shop, I don't know, that one isn't my forte.  But, by starting in these kinds of areas with people who are already "in the choir", from there, some people will be willing to branch out to even newer information.

Its actually surprising to see how many people share views somewhat similar to yours once you start talking to them about things. I've spoken to 4 or 5 people over the last few days about theses sorts of thing and only one of them have disagreed with me completely.

I know something I`m interested in, being indepently wealthy so I could help people who really need the help, not the one`s who cry because they are below 4 or 5 million and need a bail out.....

All I've ever really wanted was a small little house in the middle of the woods, with a large garden, a few goats and chickens.  And, to never have to pay property taxes.

I hear that Texas is the only state that, after you pay off your mortgage and own your home, you get the actual deed to the house and don't have to pay any more property taxes.

I'm not against all taxes.  Tariffs, lotteries and maybe sales taxes (the jury is out on that one for now) are OK.  I am against property tax.  The reason is that if a person buys property and "owns" it, they can never own it.  They're merely leasing it from the government.  I'm against income tax, because that is a tax on labor, a tax on your productivity.  That makes you a slave.  Where is the incentive to be productive?

I understand that certain services are nice, like railroads and buses.  If a bus or a train or ferry cost me the true amount individually for that service, I couldn't afford it.  I understand the want for collaboratively helping others out in the form of a tax.

Not to mention the fact that all common law is based on property.  If we're taxed on property and we don't own it, we have no standing in "a court of law".  If we're based on our productivity of our labor, then we don't own the vehicle that provides our labor, AKA our bodies.  Thus, we're slaves. :(

But...enough about the tax crap.  ;D

Back on topic.  I got into some good conversations tonight. :D

I gave out two Constitutions tonight.  One was to a homeless guy I know from around town.  Another was to a man I just met.  The guy I just met is a new "regular" at my local pub, which I don't go to so often now.  He thought I was a "leftist".  :D :D :D  Anyway, we talked about the federal reserve, he didn't know it was a private corporation and illegal.  We talked about the border, etc...  We were totally in agreement, WHILE THE FOOTBALL GAME WAS ON!   YAY!  ;D  I brought out a copy of the Constitution, so I could quote it verbatim, and he actually was interested! :D

The next conversation was with a woman about nutrition and aspartame...Guys...it is getting really easy to talk about these things now!  This gal was American Indian, a wee bit overweight and chewing gum.  I told her about aspartame...Vitamins...Food...

This is how it's done!  WE TALK!

I need to buy more Constitutions!
