Ugh!  I don't believe in this sort of thing.  I can't call him a "hero".

Why in the world would you call a kamikaze pilot a hero?
Since you asked, I will concede that I don't personally believe that suicide is an answer. Nor do I condone his action. That being said.

I choose to take history into account and remember... Where would we be if people like Nathan Hale had not made the stance he made, I think what he did might be considered by some to be suicidal, intentionally and physically (much like a kamikazi) putting himself into the midst of the enemy. And for what reason, to strike a blow for something he believed in, no one called him crazy when he was pro-ported to say "I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country."

I know this guy's not Nathan Hale. Hale reached his breaking point where he was no longer just going to take it, and did something about it. Maybe if he would have had a plane.

Here's a real stretch. I'm sure you have heard the saying "Suicide by Cop", where some poor unfortunate, once again intentionally, puts themselves in harms way with law enforcement, with the goal of dying.
I'm thinking back on a tale I've been hearing bits and pieces of all my life. A tale that a large percentage of the population believes to be "Gospel" (if you'll forgive the pun). I guess it goes something like, there's this dude, who the people think comes from supernatural lineage. Well he does some magic tricks and gets everyone all wound up. Then all of a sudden he starts pissing the wrong people off. Next thing you know their sticking this guy onto something that's shaped almost like a Cessna (with out the vertical stabilizer) hanging him in the air, where he gets to die a slow and painful death. The story tells me that he could have many times avoided his fate, just telling the cops he was sorry. But alas he could not for he needed to die (for his cause) to show others the way.

I don't mean to suggest that this guy (the Pilot) is anything like the other (he (the Pilot) hurt other people) that's a line I don't think I could cross. It's the concept, dying for a cause, that I can almost justify.

In a six-page statement signed “Joe Stack (1956-2010)” and posted on a Web site connected to Mr. Stack’s wife, the author singled out the tax agency as a source of suicidal rage, concluding, “Well, Mr. Big Brother I.R.S. man, let’s try something different, take my pound of flesh and sleep well.”

I don't agree with his methods, but I do feel and understand his frustration. (The thought process, from my point of view anyway) I'm losing my house now,  I can't feed my family now, I can't just sit around and wait until we meet the critical mass required, to have the rest of the country, get pissed off enough to change it by peaceful revolution, I need it changed NOW!  Much like King George the IRS stripped this man of all that he had worked for. Our forefathers did something about that kind of oppression once. And if I remember right there was a good deal of bloodshed that came along with that change.

We THE PEOPLE need to show these few that we don't need their shiny objects/federal reserve notes
I'm with you all the way.

Now please explain to me how we go about doing this (in my lifetime,or my grandsons lifetime for that matter) with the people of this nation or this world, being more than happy to be lead along like the sheep that they are.
Like I eluded to in my first post, It required a dumbed down Cartoon to hold anyones attention long enough to get the point of the long known fact that "The Fed" is not a government office (again, this is not new information)! In fact it's a privately owned concern. And that the people behind the curtain have manipulated this country's and world's economy for the benefit of themselves and themselves alone.
Keeping us, the mindless drones, appeased with the occasional shiny bobble and down just enough for us not to get to out of hand, but not down far enough to keep us from keeping them, with our backs, our lives and our families lives, on their thrones of gold.
Now as we walk away from our computer screens or TV's drooling on our selves trying to contemplate what we just watched (if we even bother to contemplate it) do we just yuck about how cool the animation was and say "Booy, you know what?" "Somebody should really do somethin' about that, yep!" "Isn't American Idol on later, Ma?"

Maybe I'm too cynical or maybe I've just been let down and disappointed to many times. :( I do hope for our future!

I'm not a religious man but I meditate almost daily and always send out hopeful intentions, intentions to motivate a peaceful change, a change to a planet of one consciousness, a time where the old saying "Do unto others" becomes a literal. Where mankind truly cares for mankind regardless of man made boarders. Where when I stare into another's eyes I see and love myself.

I don't write this in an attempt to alter anyone else's views, just to elaborate on mine.

D.T. I love you! Please take no offense to what I have written. I hope that we can agree to disagree on this, my friend!

I believe there are many ways we can do this.  There are many fronts that we can attack.  The first is to just inform every one we know that the federal reserve is a private, for profit, corporation.  I tell people this.  Some want to argue, the last guy who wanted to argue about it looked up the federal reserve act.  I reiterated that what I had said was that the federal reserve was private, not that the act didn't occur (can't jump to the fact that it wasn't ratified unless people know the basics first).  I also recommended the book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.  He looked it up on line and said he'd read it.  Others I've told are just in shock.  I always tell everyone to not believe me, look it up.  This is like multi-level-marketing.  The technique made a few people rich from Amway, we know it works.  If everyone who knows the truth about the fed reserve tells everyone they know and meet about it, the word will get out.  We have to talk.

Barter and shop locally.  The federal reserve hates people who barter, you can go to prison if your barter group becomes too big.  My boyfriend had been in a barter group years ago.  I think what they did wrong was give out a type of chip in exchange for goods and services.  Many of them were busted and sent to prison.  I think a better way of doing it is exchanging time, 1 hour for 1 hour.  Or X hours for a good of some sort.  Shop locally at places like farmer's markets, local butchers, privately owned shops and restaurants.  Don't shop at major corporations like Walmart, Safeway, Target.  Keep the money flowing to your neighbors not off shore to China.  Buy American when you can.

Be as self sufficient as possible.  Grow as much food for yourself as you possibly can.  That is why I'm researching aquaponics to see what I can do for me.  If you can get off the grid and go solar combined with other energy saving methods go for it.  If you have trees and a fireplace, use it rather than other sources of heat.  Live like they lived 100 years ago.  Raise chickens, goats for fresh milk, rabbits for a constant meat supply, garden, etc.

Last but not least.  In fact I believe this to be the most important.  Keep meditating sending out good loving vibrations.  My definition of evil is control or attempt to control others.  Therefore the federal reserve, irs, and government are all inherently evil.  These evil ones relish fear (which is the opposite of love).  They want us to live in a constant state of fear.  When we live in a constant state of love and compassion, they freak out and don't know what to do.  They control through fear and lust, just look at hollyweird and tv, neither of those are real compassionate unconditional love.  We also need to love the evil ones as well, they hate that.

Here is a real world example of what I'm trying to say.  I once read a story that occurred in Vietnam during the "police action".  Two young American soldiers were supposed to be out killing Vietkong and were walking through a Buddhist monastery.  It was well known that Vietkong were being hidden in monasteries such as this one.  These kids were just that, they weren't seasoned soldiers.  They came upon a monk who was in the middle of his prayers.  The monk never looked up, the monk never reacted, he just continued with his prayer/meditation.  The two kids didn't know what to do.  Both had their guns pointed at him, but still, the monk didn't react.  The kids were a little perplexed, they didn't know if they should kill him or not.  He obviously wasn't a threat, he was praying.  After some time, the two boys just walked away.  I wonder, had the monk looked up and shown fear, would the boys have walked away?  Or, would the fear in his eyes have made the boys scared enough to shoot to kill?  I don't know.
