Okay...round up for the past two months. lol. Huge problems at home, one friend was gang rapped then got an ovarian cyst the size of her head and she found out last week it isn't cancerous (going into hospital tomorrow), another friend developed stomach cancer and the Chemo kicked her arse big time so she stopped it for a week until she found she had pretty good chances of the Chemo "working" and is now much happier and looking likely to get though it (send her some links for non-chemo treatments too DT lol)...things improved at home, we got down to our land 4 days last week and got a shit load done (my ideas about it now walk on water according to my dad, which is good because I'm right). We've also bought two new cars since christmas and the head gaskets have gone on both of them so we've been having huge money problems but other than all that things have been pretty good. Just very, very busy in some ways and very bored in others. lol.

Hopefully that is my last absence.

Glad you're back Lashy.  Hope your garden grows abundantly. :D

I do have a few comments about cancer and diet.  The biggest one is NO sugar!  No aspartame or saccharin.  Xylitol and stevia are good substitutes and a little honey is ok, but very very little.  If she needs a sweet fix, eat fruit.  Eat lot's of raw veggies, especially green leafy ones.  Maybe even buy a juicer and start juicing for breakfast.  Vitamin D and omega 3s are very important too.  Here is a link:

Her diet was pretty good anyway, its just one of those things I think.

The land is coming along very nicely. We've got two beds laid out and ready for planting, we just need to be able to get down there more often. lol. Hopefully we can get down there a few times a week starting from next week. :D

As far as I know George Harrison really did write that song.  It reminds me of a story.  Not sure if I'm repeating myself, but I don't care.  A young monk is trying to get to nirvana and is getting frustrated because he can't seem to get there.  He talks to the master about his frustration.  The master says, "this will pass".  The young monk continues his meditations and works through his frustrations.  One day he actually achieves nirvana.  He becomes so excited he goes to the master and tells the master that he finally made it.  The master responds, "this too will pass".  Harrison was inspired by the Tao, Buddhism, and Hinduism.
