Thought this would be good to post:

http://actonco2.direct.gov.uk/index.html

I'm hamstrung, I have an oil burner becuase I'm 5 miles from the nearest gas line. I also live in a 160-year-old house, so it it's just brick and it's built onto the ground not a foundation; and I rent it so I can't put anything like solar panels onto it. Sad

My footprint is 1.3 on the first one. 0.22 on the second. 2.13 on the next, which is funny becuase I walk to most places (don't have the money to put fuel in the car Sad  ). All in all I'm 3.76 and the national average is 4.45 tons.

And when you look at the results of people in the sort of places I live my CO2 is almost half of them. They use 6.50. Cheesy

I'dd be adding an index to the front page so people can find what they want rather than going through all the pages or asking. It will be much easier in the long run.  Grin

A list. Wink lol.

No it’s just going to be a list of the things that’s been put on here. Ie:

             Electricity – Solar/Hydro/Wind
Power -
             Heating – Wood/Solar/Water heating systems/others that I can’t think of.

From Solar we can have – Panels/Water heating systems and others

And then they’re going to be broken down again into other parts again. Basically it’s doing to be like in Catalogues.

Battery banks and other things like that as well.

That’s really the only one I’ve thought of at this moment in time, do you have any idea about that?

How do you get something to link down to a single post so someone wont have to scroll down half a page to find something? Undecided

Im not sure on that one.

I have it to where each page is 15 post, no matter how long the post.

Maybe you could copy and paste the important stuff?

That wouldn't really work. I'll look into it. When you click the `Message Icon` (The lamp on this one to make it stand out) the URL changes, maybe if I click on that, then copy the URL and then paste it where I need it to be it will take people straight down to that post. Maybe.  Undecided

I'll do that today/tonight.  Grin

Right it's added. That should make it much easier to get around. It's on the first post of the thread.

Some rather good books about how to get your homes Eco-friendly, and save money as well. Cheesy I'm all about saving money, the more I save the happier I am. Grin
