Im not sure why I have that many. lol

One of my technicians helped me get it up and running. All I know is that if there is a post or topic that is cool, informational, great, etc.... then click on the possitive karma or negative karma. In the long run it will help out what post or topics might need some attention in the future.

Im not sure right off the bat, but I will try to check into it. I think the reason why I have karma is because everytime I post a topic, it automatically gives me one, maybe because im the admin, not sure though. I will let you know lashmar

Right, this is basically how to build a `hot smoker`.

A hot smoker is when the food is put into the same chamber as the flames that make the smoke, where as in a cold smoker the food is put into a separate chamber so it’s only the smoke flowing around the food.

Bacon is cold smoked because you need to cook it after you’ve smoked it, ut something like beef jerky is hot smoked I think.
